Want to update an image? It’s simple! Just hover over any image on your website and click the Change Image button. You can upload your own images or choose from millions of stock photos. Any images you upload will be saved in your Media Library, making it easy to reuse them elsewhere on your website.
Menu
The floating menu on the right makes it easy to manage items within each section—you can adjust the layout, move sections up or down, or delete them. If the menu overlaps with text you're editing, you can click "hide menu" to temporarily remove it from view.

Through structured programs and personalised guidance, we support women in turning their ideas into thriving ventures building not just businesses, but confidence, clarity, and community.

To empower 5,000 women entrepreneurs by 2027 through transformational programs that build confidence, strategy, and community creating a global network of women who share, seek, and support one another to rise and thrive.
Why We Do It
For many minority women in business in the UK, the road to success is rarely straightforward. Behind every idea and dream often lies a battle against limited opportunities, systemic bias, cultural barriers, and self-doubt. Many talented women find themselves unseen or unheard, juggling multiple roles as professionals, mothers, caregivers while trying to build a business in an environment that doesn’t always recognise their worth.
Access to the right networks, mentors, and financial backing remains a challenge. Too often, these women carry the weight of expectations to prove themselves twice as much, to work harder for half the recognition, and to push forward even when the odds feel stacked against them. VMpower was created to change that narrative

About Founder
Our founder, Indira Selvaraj, understands these struggles deeply. Her own journey began in sales and marketing, and took her across continents from India to France and then to the UK.
Each move brought its share of uncertainty, cultural adjustment, and the challenge of starting over. But through resilience and reinvention, she built her career as a business consultant and coach, transforming her experiences into a mission to uplift other women.
Over the past 20 years, Indira has collaborated with companies, entrepreneurs, and CEOs, specialising in helping women entrepreneurs strengthen their strategies, scale their businesses, and believe in their potential.
